Here in the Northwest, we spend a good six months of the year pretty much indoors; around November or so every year, the cold and the rain set in for real, and by mid-February, you start to wonder if they’ll ever leave.

But eventually, we fly close enough to the sun to coax some green back out of the trees, some warmth and good light from that sun, and the clouds go away just long enough for a couple of outings on your days off.
